WebMO SMS Terms

These SMS Terms govern text messages sent by WebMO, LLC, referred to as “WebMO,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By opting in to receive text messages from WebMO, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
The WebMO Client Text Updates program provides informational and account-related text messages to prospective and current WebMO clients and their authorized contacts.
Messages may include:
- Project updates
- Meeting coordination
- Approval or information requests
- Deadline reminders
- Status notifications
- Responses to questions
- Account and service communications
- Other communications related to your relationship with WebMO
This program is not intended for unsolicited marketing or cold outreach.
2. Consent
You may consent to receive SMS messages from WebMO by:
- Completing a WebMO SMS opt-in form
- Providing consent during client onboarding
- Giving consent during direct account communications
- Requesting or agreeing to continue a conversation by text
Where an online form is used, consent must be provided through an affirmative action, such as selecting an unchecked consent box.
Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from WebMO.
By providing a mobile telephone number and opting in, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and are authorized to provide consent.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your projects, account activity, questions, and communication needs.
WebMO does not guarantee a specific number of messages.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your mobile service plan.
WebMO does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may impose charges.
5. Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a WebMO text message.
You may also use other reasonable language indicating that you no longer wish to receive messages or contact us at:
After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed.
Opting out of SMS does not prevent WebMO from contacting you through other methods when permitted, including email or telephone.

7. Changing or Reassigning Your Number
You agree to notify WebMO if you stop using or transfer the mobile number you provided.
You may notify us by replying STOP before discontinuing the number or by emailing privacy@web-mo.com.
You are responsible for ensuring that WebMO does not continue sending messages intended for you to a person who later receives your former telephone number.
8. Supported Carriers and Delivery
SMS services may not be available through every wireless carrier or device.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery may be affected by carrier availability, network conditions, device settings, filtering, blocking, or other factors outside WebMO’s control.
WebMO does not guarantee that every message will be delivered or received.
9. Communications Providers
WebMO may use TextMagic or another communications provider to deliver and manage SMS messages.
These providers may process:
- Mobile telephone numbers
- Message content
- Delivery and error information
- Dates and times of messages
- Consent records
- Opt-out records
- Other technical information required to provide messaging services

10. Privacy
WebMO does not sell mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may disclose information to communications providers and other service providers solely as necessary to operate, support, secure, and document our messaging program.

11. Prohibited Use
You may not use replies to WebMO’s SMS number to:
- Send unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content
- Transmit malware or malicious links
- Impersonate another person
- Interfere with the messaging service
- Submit highly sensitive information that is not reasonably necessary for your communication
SMS is not intended for emergencies or time-sensitive matters where delayed delivery could cause harm.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms to reflect changes in our messaging practices, providers, services, or legal obligations.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
13. Termination or Suspension
WebMO may suspend or terminate the SMS program, your participation, or a particular messaging conversation at any time.
Termination of the SMS program does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
14. Disclaimer
The SMS program is provided on an “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebMO disclaims warranties regarding availability, delivery speed, accuracy, uninterrupted service, and compatibility with any device or carrier.
Nothing in these SMS Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
