1 Do I Really Need Website Maintenance?

If your site runs on WordPress, yes. WordPress core, plugins, and PHP versions all require regular updates. Skipping them creates security vulnerabilities and can cause features to break without warning. It’s like skipping oil changes on your car. It runs fine until it doesn’t, and by then the fix is a lot more expensive.

2 What Happens If My Site Gets Hacked?

We handle it. Our maintenance plans include hack resolution and recovery. We identify the breach, clean the site, patch the vulnerability, and restore from a recent backup if needed. If you’re on our managed hosting, our firewall and malware defense reduce the likelihood of it happening in the first place.

3 What If I Already Have Hosting Somewhere Else?

That’s fine. Our maintenance plans work with any hosting provider. If you’re happy with your current hosting, we’ll manage your site where it lives. If you want to move to our managed hosting for better performance and security, we handle the migration for you.

4 Can I Cancel Anytime?

Yes. All of our plans are month-to-month. If you need to cancel, just give us 30 days notice. No penalties, no long-term commitments, no hassle.

5 Do I Need to Sign a Long-Term Contract?

No. We don’t lock clients into annual agreements or multi-month commitments. You stay because the service is worth it, not because a contract says you have to.

6 What Does On-Call Technical Support Cover?

Anything related to your website. Bug fixes, new features, design changes, content updates, plugin troubleshooting, performance issues. If it involves your site, our development team can handle it on an hourly basis.

7 How Quickly Do You Respond If Something Breaks?

If your site goes down, our 24/7 monitoring catches it immediately and pushes it to the top of our development queue. For non-emergency requests, we typically respond within the same business day.

8 Can You Work on a Site You Didn't Build?

Yes. Many of our maintenance clients came to us with existing WordPress sites built by someone else. We’ll review your site, identify any issues, and take it from there.
