4. Analytics and Session-Recording Technologies

We use Google Analytics to measure website traffic, visitor interactions, traffic sources, and conversions. Google Analytics may use cookies and other identifiers to distinguish visitors and sessions.

We use Google Tag Manager to deploy and manage analytics, advertising, and other website technologies. Google Tag Manager itself is a tag-management system, but tags deployed through it may collect information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website. Clarity may collect information about clicks, scrolling, navigation, device characteristics, and website interactions and may generate session recordings or reconstructed browsing sessions.

We intend to configure session-recording tools to mask form fields and other information that should not be visible in recordings. However, visitors should avoid entering sensitive information into general website forms.

We may use advertising and measurement services, including:

  • Google Ads
  • Google Ads remarketing
  • Google enhanced conversions

  • Improve campaign targeting
  • Limit or measure advertisement frequency

Depending on applicable law, some uses of advertising technologies may be considered the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising, even when WebMO does not receive money in exchange for the information.

You may opt out through our cookie-preference tool, applicable advertising-platform settings, or a recognized browser-based opt-out signal.

6. Global Privacy Control

Where required by applicable law, WebMO recognizes supported Global Privacy Control signals.

When we detect a valid Global Privacy Control signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal.

A Global Privacy Control signal does not automatically:

  • Delete information already stored in our systems
  • Unsubscribe you from communications you requested
  • Delete client, contract, billing, or legal records
  • Prevent strictly necessary website technologies
  • Apply to a different browser or device that does not send the signal

You may contact us at privacy@web-mo.com to submit a separate access, correction, or deletion request.

7. Telephone Calls, Call Tracking, Recording, and Transcription

We use CallRail to track and analyze telephone calls generated through our website and marketing activities.

When you call a WebMO tracking number, we may collect:

  • Your telephone number
  • The number dialed
  • Call source and advertising attribution
  • Date and time of the call
  • Call duration
  • Routing and technical information
  • Audio recordings
  • Written transcripts
  • Automated summaries, classifications, or call insights
  • Information discussed during the call

Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, training, attribution, documentation, security, and business purposes.

Where required, we will provide an audible notice before recording begins. By continuing a call after receiving that notice, you consent to the recording and transcription to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Do not provide sensitive information during a recorded call unless it is reasonably necessary.

8. Email Newsletters

We use Mailchimp to manage newsletter subscriptions and send marketing or informational emails.

When you subscribe, we may collect your name, email address, subscription status, signup source, consent information, and engagement information such as email opens and link clicks.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails. We may retain limited records of an unsubscribe request to ensure that we honor it.

  • Other account-related communications

You may opt in during onboarding, through direct account communications, or through a WebMO SMS opt-in form.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

We may use TextMagic or another communications provider to send and manage SMS messages. These providers may process telephone numbers, message content, delivery information, consent records, and opt-out information on our behalf.

We do not sell SMS consent information or telephone numbers to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

WebMO provides digital marketing and related services to business clients.

In some cases, WebMO processes information on behalf of a client through the client’s website, advertising accounts, analytics tools, forms, customer relationship management systems, reporting platforms, or other systems.

When WebMO processes information solely on a client’s behalf, the client determines how the information is collected and used. Requests concerning that information should generally be directed to the applicable client.

  • An appeal of a denied privacy request

These rights are subject to legal exceptions and may not apply in every situation.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including when we need information to provide services, maintain legal records, protect security, or exercise legal rights.

You may designate an authorized agent where permitted by law. We may require evidence of the agent’s authority and verification of your identity.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
